That's an auto-generated block of text with links intended to take you to
the exact same page in prior releases. Neither the 1.1 nor the 1.0 release
had a page for the 1.2 alpha release notes, so the targets don't exist. If
you want to find the release notes for 1.0 and 1.1, you can find them
pretty easily here: http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.1/releases
