 I apologize for the spam, but the more I think about this rollback thing,
 the less I understand the reason.

 If you load data with the command, the rollback doesn't have any sense
 since there will be no data.

 If you load an empty fixture from a test case, the rollback doesn't have
 much sense either because fixtures after will still get loaded anyway.
