Is there a reason why the backends are called "*FileBackend" while they
are actual "*TransferBackends"?
Also, why this configuration based approach? Couldn't the FileField gain
an additional {{{transfer}}} parameter similar to {{{storage}}}?
Alternatively, couldn't we also extend the already existing storage API?
