The test suite contains multiple examples that demonstrate this claim to
be false.
It's entirely possible that you have observed this, but the first rule of
all bug reports is: Provide enough detail so that someone else can
reproduce your problem. This is especially important when you're dealing
with something that appears to be a fundamental failure of the framework.
