I can confirm that svn co works fine for me.
When people have problems with SVN, it's usually a local networking
configuration issue, either with your own machine, or as result of some
proxying or security rules that your local network administrator has in
place. There's very little we can do about this -- you need to resolve the
problem locally.
If, as a result of your investigation, it turns out that there is
something that we can adjust that will prevent this problem occurring for
you, please let us know, but absent of that detail, I'm closing this
worksforme.
