That information is somewhat hidden in our docs (The
[http://code.djangoproject.com/newticket new ticket] page has a link to
http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/contributing/#submitting-
patches where the ''Create account'' and ''Reset password'' pages are
described and linked).
Reporter suggestions sound very useful. Perhaps we can also add links to
the ''Create account'' and ''Reset password'' pages from the list of items
in such ''New ticket'' page.
