You attached a patch of changes to a compiled `django.mo` file.
You want to contribute a new number formatting specs so you need to attach
a patch adding a `django/conf/locale/es_NI/formats.py` file, reopen this
ticket if you do so.
If additionally you need to add a new translation you need to use our new
Transifex workflow.
