The TECHNICAL_500_TEMPLATE can display a very long exception value in one
line, which is very difficult to see as a whole (you'd have to scroll
horizontally). This changeset apply the css 'white-space: pre-wrap' style
to the <pre> tag to wrap it to browsers' width.
