Using TerminalInteractiveShell.mainloop() indeed ignores IPython config
settings, which in my case results in 'LightBG' color scheme used in
Django shell vs 'Linux' color scheme in ipython. It is quite inconvenient
to use 'LightBG' colors on black. embed() uses 'Linux' from config.
