I've attached a path with an initial implementation of the syntax proposed
by Jannis in comment:3 for review.
It depends on
[attachment:11688-verbose_name_plural_evolution-2.diff:ticket:11688 the
patch for #11688]. Also, it still needs changes to the `blocktrans`
documentation.
