Comment:

 As pointed out in #5718, `PREPEND_WWW` isn't generally useful in
 development: it redirects you to `www.localhost:8000` or
 `www.127.0.0.1:8000`.

 You could edit your hosts file to point `www.yoursite.com` to 127.0.0.1,
 but then you can no longer access the "real" website, and I don't think
 many people do that.

 Technically, adding the warning is trivial; could you just clarify the use
 case?
