I believe the patch does not work on 1.5. To me it seems some logic is
needed to detect the version of PostGIS, and depending on that add/drop
the GEOM_OPS definition.
The docs contain a lot of installation instructions, and they are pretty
useful, so docs changes of how to install PostGIS 2.0 should be included
(is it just create extension postgis;?).
For me to review this: Is it possible to install both PostGIS 2 and 1.5 on
the same DB? Any instructions of how to do that?
