#19242: Running all code at the end of Part 3 of the tutorial breaks the admin

I was working through the tutorial and noticed after making all changes in
3 that I no longer had access to the admin view---the polls' regular
expressions overrode it. I continued on with the tutorial to make the
generic views corrections. While that fixes things, it would be good if
the state of the urls.py file at the end of tutorial part 3 were also
fully functional.
Apparently other people have also encountered this and been likewise a
little confused:

Just working through the tutorial, I don't understand the routing system
well enough yet to make the appropriate fix, but should be easy for
someone who does.
