I tested it now (MacOSX). When I first click I got a thumbnail and when I hit refresh I got full size image. Strange. (through squid) FF and Opera thumbnail (Opera - refresh don't help), Safari works OK. BTW can you try without width=100% attribute in image? Definitely browser (or maybe css/html) problem.
