Be sure to go for the "Visualization API" over the basic image based charts if you have significant amount of data. I've been using this of late and pretty well enjoying it. I'm currently considering exporting to Google's spreadsheet from which you can IIRC export to various formats. Perhaps you could upload the data for export to Google Docs, then export over an API.
