How have you made rows hidden??
if you talking about admin, You can control by overriding querset method for
that particular table admin.
Example:
class sometableAdmin:
def queryset(self, request):
if(whatevercond):
return super(<sometableAdmin>, self).queryset(request)
else:
return self.model._default_manager.filter(id=1)
