I saw that the docs recommend using TransactionMiddleware, even though it's not the default: https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/topics/db/transactions/
Why is this preferable over the default auto-commit behavior? I wasn't able to find much more information when searching (mostly just bug reports).
