Hello,

I was told to do this as of currently:

  - Install setup tools
http://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools/0.6c11<http://www.google.com/url?sa=D&q=http://pypi.python.org/pypi/setuptools/0.6c11&usg=AFQjCNFAba56URVo6p2trkvnEAvNXmEVKA>

   - Go to the command line (cmd.exe) and type
      - easy_install django
      - easy_install ipython (not needed by django, but very useful, as you
will see when you come to running "python manage.py shell"

That's all!

I was trying to do another method but for now I think this is fine?

I am honestly just doing my best to understand all the language of python...
