Alwaysdata allows you to install your own apps. Alwaysdata also IMHO the best customer support available.
First search the forum at http://forum.alwaysdata.com and if you don't get the instructions there, log in to your admin account (http://admin.alwaysdata.com), click on support and then raise a ticket.
