I must be overlooking something obvious. My error:

The static files collect just fine (currently, I just have admin files
to collect); the above error just shows up every time I run
collectstatic.
Settings:
STATIC_ROOT = '/home/billy/webapps/xyz_static/'
STATIC_URL = '/static/'
STATICFILES_DIRS = ()
STATICFILES_FINDERS = (
'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.FileSystemFinder',
'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.AppDirectoriesFinder',
'django.contrib.staticfiles.finders.DefaultStorageFinder',
)
INSTALLED_APPS = (
'django.contrib.staticfiles',
)
Sorry if this is an obvious one... I could not find anything useful
via a Google search.
