Hi, Django static collects files that are: - in the application's static directory - in the directories listed by STATICFILES_DIRS
If using the default storage, files and directories are copied into the STATIC_ROOT directory and should be served at the location specified by STATIC_URL The order in which the applications are declared is important. If I'm not mistaken, the files in STATICFILES_DIRS will override the application's static directories. Regards, Xavier Ordoquy, Linovia.
