Templates don't have views. It doesn't make sense to say if the 
"second_templates' view" gets executed, there's no such thing. Views (can) 
render templates, but the same template can be rendered by any of a number 
of views. Including just includes the rendered HTML of the template, using 
the current template context plus anything you add via `with`.
