I am begginer at django and good in python language, html,css,javascript and database(strong).
1) If i want to create develop a website using django framework, first i need to develop a template using html.Then, i need to django framework(python). Am i right? 2) Is there any control panel for django framework like php control panel? 3) Suggestions are required.
