Rich Text Fields in Admin

Hi,


I have beenn trying to get the django admin to do Rich Text Field for textarea. I checked the following examples, and tried the variants seen in these links

I am using the instructions to the 'T'. I tried all options. But nothing seems to be working. What am I doing wrong?

Is there any better options?
