First, you may want to check out the django web site, https://www.djangoproject.com/, and learn how django projects are made and deployed. The tutorial is a good place to start. After that, you should be able to download the project and get it running on your PC. However, note that the project is not accepting any more updates, so you may be on your own for supporting the code base.
