You need to make a foreignkey to a user.
if you have a custom user look here

but if it is a simple django authentication use
import django.contrib.auth.models import User
class Product(models.Model):
user = models.ForeignKey(User)
Remember in the view you can access to the current user with
request.user and the full user name is accessible calling
request.user.get_full_name()
