`python manage.py makemigrations --sql` would then have as a string in your 
migrations the sql that is actually runs. I know you can do this with 
`python manage.py *sqlmigrate* appname migrationnumber` but then you have 
to remember to copy and paste every time. How useful would this feature be 
for people?
