It was quite easy. GenericTabularInline must be changed to
admin.TabularInline
class CriteriaPlacesInlineAdmin(admin.TabularInline):
model = PlacesToCriterias
class CriteriasAdmin(admin.ModelAdmin):
inlines = [CriteriaPlacesInlineAdmin]
admin.site.register(Criterias, CriteriasAdmin)
