As soon as we released 0.95 I've built an installer for Windows and
e-mailed it to Jacob. I never heard back. Since then I am distributing
it privately.

Some details:

1) It doesn't install Python --- I suggest to use free ActiveState's
ActivePython installer prior to Django's installer. Or use the official
python.org installer --- it works too, but ActiveState did a better job
packaging all Windows-related features --- it is easy to install, it is
easy to upgrade.

2) The art was done by Wilson Miner, so it fits visually with the rest
of Django-branded offerings (e.g., the web sites).

Thanks,

Eugene
