ok, i redit it from scratch and when i wrote

python manage.py startapp polls


I was supposed to get


polls/
    __init__.py
    admin.py
    apps.py
    migrations/
        __init__.py
    models.py
    tests.py
    views.py


but instead the apps.py did not create
