add app name after default dajngo.contrib . In your case INSTALLED_APPS will
look like
INSTALLED_APPS = [
'django.contrib.admin',
'django.contrib.auth',
'django.contrib.contenttypes',
'django.contrib.sessions',
'django.contrib.messages',
'django.contrib.staticfiles',
# third party modules
# custom module
'newsimage',
]
