ImportError: Couldn't import Django. Are you sure it's installed and 
available on your PYTHONPATH environment variable? Did you forget to 
activate a virtual environment?

I get this error, and as you can see I already have virtual enviroment. 
Django worked before but recently this appeared to me. I don't know what 
this means, I testted everything.
