Yeah that's a problem which even I had faced. So therefore I don't use pythonanywhere free tier. I would recommend you to use AWS or Heroku to host your website. If you want your server to be fast then use AWS. It works very well for me but heroku is also a very good choice. But to use these you will have to create a Postgresql ( any RDS Service ) on Aws ( Preferred ).
