If you're concerned about not having any dependencies, it's kind of a
tall order.  How about the database?
Anyway, have a look at http://cheeseshop.python.org/pypi/py2app/ and
http://www.py2exe.org/.

If you're just concerned about not having source available, you can
run this over all your files:
http://docs.python.org/lib/module-compileall.html
