Thanks, for both comments but still no luck.
I tried multiple various but it still gives me the same error.

my projects are in c:\django-projects\Project1..

I installed the latest beta of komodo, but has the same thing.
Python2.5 is installed in c:/python25 and is in my path (from the CMD
i can start pyton any where)

any other suggestions?
