Don't forget us students! Although, for example, I'm currently employed as a web developer/designer for a 20,000 student university library, I consider myself "on the market" for when I graduate. However, I've got maybe only 75% of the qualifications ZebZiggle is asking about. However, as a good job candidate's resumé should testify to, I can pick up new things lickety split. Plus, I have two years of Comp. Sci. and will graduate with a BA in Art & Design.
So if all/most of the people who meet your high standards are already working, don't forget that universities are pumping out lots of fresh college grads who haven't been snapped up yet and who, although lack some qualifications, will work for a much more reasonable price than you might think. And we have a nice little bonus: College grads are easily malleable. Like Silly Putty. :) Regards, Tyson Tate On Jun 8, 2007, at 11:58 AM, Jacob Kaplan-Moss wrote: > On 6/8/07, Kenneth Gonsalves <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: >> to elaborate, i dont think such skill sets are available on the >> market.
