I've been using a slightly modified version of this JSONField snippet
for a while now, and it's been really useful for storing info that
doesn't quite fit a field field. I had to make these changes to get
it to work in .96 and let the admin edit the model (it still ignores
the field).
def __init__(self,*args,**kwargs):
super(cJSONField,self).__init__(*args,**kwargs)
self.editable=False
def get_internal_type(self):
return 'TextField'
