hello, I have just installed a demo of an app I'm writing to a web server. There seems to be an intermittent error, and I'm wondering if this is to do with the permissions on the directories - I've tried to set the permissions so it can create .pyc files, but this doesn't seem to be working. What is the right way to set this up? for example is there a python command you can run to force all the modules in a given path to compile?
