Your question is ambiguous. Interact how? Django's view functions accept any data sent to them via an HTTP connection. You can do whatever you like in the view to process the data. So the answer is almost certainly yes and not even tricky, but since you asked the question, maybe you're actually meaning something else. So perhaps some clarification would help us to help you.
