since i'm using subversion for my sites in svn:externals i have django trunk and now i'm switching to 1.0 tag. so what i'm actually asking is if i'm using 1.0 tag in svn:externals does it mean that i'm guaranteed that only security fixes will be updated in 1.0 tag or should i expect some other changes?
