I'm in Frisco, and I believe that there are several others according to http://djangopeople.net/us/tx/ There are several other localities there: Plano, Coppell, Richardson, Dallas, Denton, Northlake, Addison, Irving, Bedford, Euliss, and Arlington. You may be able to contact them directly if they've left contact info on the page above, or you can try pinging them here.
