Also, can you recreate the problem on the most recent trunk or 1.0.X branch code? Your line numbers from the traceback don't match up with current so I'm guessing you are using 1.0? There have been at least a couple of fixes in the reverse url area (though I don't know that any sound like a good match to the erratic nature of this one) so it would be good to verify that whatever this is is not a problem that has already been fixed.
