I don't really mean to sound rude in saying this, but your best bet is probably to read through the documentation for the admin: http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/contrib/admin/ It contains a full reference for the various options you'd most likely want to use in your admin declarations, and is a great source for being able to find information immediately rather than wait around for someone on a mailing list to answer your question.
