What is it you want to do? You get the "here's how to get help" message
because you haven't provided any command to tell django-admin.py what it is
you want it to do.

The message is trying to say 'django-admin.py help' (without the quotes)
entered at the command prompt will give help for the django-admin.py, it
wasn't actually trying to recommend typing the content of the file to get
help.
