Make sure you've added in autodiscover: http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/contrib/admin/#hooking-adminsite-instances-into-your-urlconf
If you want help on a specific error, you are going to have give us a traceback, otherwise its unlikely we have enough information to go on.
