There is no where to post to "ensure to get a Django solution proposed". There is no company behind Django, just lots of companies and developers.
Pay sites like djangogigs or even free ones like djangozen.com/jobs can work. If you think you need a Django solution proposed from a company, I would recommend contacting Django consulting companies directly.
