This means that the directory containing django-admin.py is not on your PATH. You can add it, or just type the full path to django-admin.py. However, if your Django installation isn't on your PYTHONPATH, you may have a different problem there. How did you install Django? Which Django version? > The seccond trying to import django in the python shell >>>> No > module named django.core This probably means that Django wasn't installed properly. Or, at least not in the library of the Python version you're running from the command prompt.
