Real IDE fo Python/Django - Netbeans and Eclipse with Python plugins. But IMHO it's overhead.
Use any text editor. Vim with python support is good. WingIDE has good python support, but it's UI that is written in XUL anyoing me, so I use Netbeans / Vim depending on task I have.
