Hi Nadeesh,
you need to use forward slashes, even on Windows (or
double-backslashes). So, changing to:
DJANGO_SETTINGS_MODULE=C:/django/Django-1.1.1/djangotest/mysite/settings
might solve your problem, assuming everything else is OK.
