The worst thing that can happen to a dj has, and has effected the minds of 2 of our close friends and Dj's. After Spinning at Transamerica, at about 2:30am, Dj TaMiM, and HYDRO were robbed at gun point and our most valued possetions were taked, our 2 record bags. Things like this are terrible. They were not people that were inside the party, just to random hoodrats, that like other peoples shit. What use are they going to have for records. They cant get no resale value for them. Along with about 130 records combined, they got off with just over $250, cell phone, cd's, 2 pairs of Sony V-700 headphones, and a pair of ortofon needle. The loss of our records is devistating, and we ask that if anyone has info, to call the oakland police department, or us directly.
